Another Bowie/Visconti co-production, Reality was well-received critically and was a commercial success. It contains new Bowie compositions with the notable exceptions being covers of George Harrison’s Try Some, Buy Some and The Modern Lovers’ Pablo Picasso – both originally intended to be included on 1973’s Pin Ups. A rock album, it was recorded and produced in Looking Glass Studios in New York.
